TEACHING INTERESTS
Professor Constandinou leads ELEC70012 Full-Custom Integrated Circuit Design, an advanced module for fourth-year EEE MEng students and MSc students in Analogue and Digital Integrated Circuit Design. The module is based on the Cadence Design Systems tool suite and gives students hands-on experience of full-custom integrated circuit design, covering the fundamentals of CMOS technology, the semiconductor ecosystem, and the full EDA tool flow from specification through to layout and tapeout.
He also contributes to ELEC60005 Biomedical Electronics, covering topics relevant to neurotechnology and bioelectronic systems, including neural stimulation, brain-computer interfaces and neuroprosthetics.
Each year, he supervises undergraduate final-year projects and MSc theses aligned with his teaching and research interests, including integrated circuits, neural interfaces, biomedical devices and radar sensing.
