DrNafiseh Chalabi Hagkarim

I am a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Surgery & Cancer at Imperial College London, with over six years of postdoctoral experience in cancer biology and molecular virology. I hold a PhD in Cancer Biology from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Medical Genetics from London Metropolitan University, following undergraduate training in cellular and molecular microbiology. My research experience across Imperial, the Institute of Cancer Research, Birmingham and UCL combines mechanistic studies of cellular regulation with therapeutic target discovery. Alongside research, I contribute to teaching, postgraduate supervision and collaborative project development.
