Healthcare AI Modelling — Designing and deploying systems like HealthGPS, which simulate country-level disease trajectories (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular outcomes) and evaluate the health and economic impact of interventions, using IHME, NHS, and synthetic population datasets.
Computational Neuroscience & Biosignal AI — Leading development of deep-learning-based neuronal spike sorting pipelines, utilizing image-based and signal-based classification techniques for improved accuracy. Experienced in embedding ML algorithms on IoT and resource-constrained platforms for real-time ECG anomaly detection using Wavelet Neural Networks.
Scalable Cloud & High-Performance Computing — Architecting reproducible, modular workflows in Python, C++, and cloud environments (AWS / Databricks / HPC clusters), optimized for efficiency and scientific throughput.
