TEACHING INTERESTS
My focus in teaching is to develop self-aware, emotionally competent, responsible leaders. I teach across the programs of the business school, including the MBA, EMBA, and PhD, as well as in several open and custom programs for Executive Education. I am consistently described as passionate and energetic in the classroom, and focused on helping students lean in to what makes us most human.
In a world increasingly dominated by digital innovation and AI, I see my role as encouraging the humans I teach to understand and relate to others from a place of compassionate humanity. Many of the skills that educational systems have focused on globally can and will be accomplished better and faster by non-human entities, which makes what makes us uniquely human our most precious asset and best value proposition.
