BIO

I am a Royal Society University Research Fellow and Assistant Professor at the Imperial Centre for Inference and Cosmology. I work at the interface of observational cosmology and statistics, developing rigorous data-analysis techniques, combining physics-based models and machine learning, to test and refine our models of the universe and the galaxy populations it contains, using systematics-limited surveys of billions of objects.

Before joining Imperial in 2020, I was a NASA Einstein Fellow and Simons Junior Fellow at New York University, and a postdoctoral researcher at UCL, where I also completed my PhD. I originally trained as an engineer and physicist in Belgium and France.
