TEACHING INTERESTS
Dr Lota was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2023. He plays an active role in training future doctors.
He regularly lectures and conducts bedside teaching for undergraduate medical students at Imperial College School of Medicine. He also supervises Intercalated Bachelor of Science students, fostering the next generation of doctors with hands-on experience and guidance.
As a leader in cardiology training, Dr. Lota heads the resident doctor program at the Royal Brompton Hospital, where he is instrumental in shaping the development of future cardiologists in a world-renowned clinical environment. He also regularly teaches on specialized courses in advanced imaging, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure, contributing to the ongoing education of medical professionals.
