MrVick Qiu

Yixin, also known as Vick, is a Ph.D. student in the Nanoanalysis Group, supervised by Professor Ji-Seon Kim. His areas of interest include organic photovoltaic technology. Specifically, investigating the role of new organic chemical materials in achieving OPV transparency and researching the molecular origins of the stability in semi-transparent OPVs.

Prior to joining Imperial, Vick graduated from King's College London with an MSci degree in Physical. His MSci and third-year projects were on applications of metamaterials in CP-OLEDs and "Perfect Absorbers" in Solar cells, working with Dr. Francisco Rodríguez Fortuño and Dr. Wayne Dickson.
