BIO
My personal webpage can be found at https://sites.google.com/view/weihaotey, and the DynamIC group at https://www.ma.imperial.ac.uk/DynamIC.
I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Dynamical Systems group, with a particular interest in bifurcations in random dynamical systems with bounded noise. I completed a PhD in Mathematics from Imperial College London (2018-2022), my thesis focused on minimal invariant sets in set-valued dynamical systems using a boundary map approach. Before this, I graduated with an MMATH in Mathematics from the University of Manchester (2014-2018).
Since September 2024, I have worked under an EPSRC grant on 'Attractors in random dynamical systems with bounded noise: persistence, resilience and bifurcations', emphasising the computational and numerical aspects. Previously, I was a Project Researcher at the IRCN, The University of Tokyo, where I worked on early warning systems for critical transitions.
