BIO
Dr Sagi-Kiss is an analytical chemist with over 10 years of experience in LC-MS-based small molecule quantification and identification. She holds a Analytical Chemistry Ph.D. from Corvinus University, Hungary. With a decade of experience in LC-MS-based biomarkers, she focuses on clinical research for biomarker discovery that is translatable to practice and assay development.
Joining Takats lab in 2022 she leads the targeted MS imaging assay development efforts. Specializing in untargeted and targeted metabolomics, she identifies biomarkers for cancer and employs a multi-omics approach for comprehensive disease signatures. She recently published her broadly targeted metabolomics LCMS method for energy metabolites aiming to balance coverage and sensitivity.
Since 2017 she is postdoc representative for the MDR at Hammersmith Campus.
