DrTricia Tay

Tricia Tay is a clinical research fellow and PhD candidate in the Helix centre, Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI), the department Surgery and Cancer. Her PhD is on the engagement and impact of digital sensors and interventions to reverse unhealthy ageing among older adults. Her supervisors are Dr Leila Shepherd, Dr Kate Grailey, Professor Ara Darzi, Professor Michael Fertleman. 

She completed her medicine degree (MBChB) at the University of Manchester, her Foundation Training in the North West of England deanery, and part-time Master's in Clinical Education from the University of Edinburgh. She has been awarded a Fellow in Advanced Higher Education (FHEA). Passionate about general (vascular) surgery, she has completed both parts of the intercollegiate Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) examinations.
