BIO
I am currently on secondment as a Process Outcome Designer on the Great Service Programme, which is a major change programme to transform the effectiveness and efficiency of Imperial's professional services. This will primarily be through the replacement of ICIS, Imperial’s current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, with a new system and optimised workflows and processes.
Prior to the secondment, I was the Research Finance Manager within the Business School. The role had a wide range of responsibilities covering the key areas and processes impacted by the Great Service programme across Finance, HR and Research Administration.
Experience and qualifications:
I am a Qualifird Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of international experience spanning both public and corporate sectors covering aviation, telecoms and higher education.
My undergraduate degree was in Economics (BSc Hons) from Queen Mary University of London. I then went on to study Computer Science (MSc), from University College London.
