TEACHING INTERESTS
Dr Stuart Bowyer teaches topics related to data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the analysis of clinical data. His teaching emphasises the application of computational methods to real-world healthcare problems, particularly through the use of large-scale clinical datasets.
He also supervises a range of student research projects across the Faculty of Medicine and welcomes enquiries from Imperial students interested in undertaking projects related to data science or AI in healthcare. Student projects typically involve the analysis of real clinical datasets, the development of analytical methods, or the evaluation of data-driven approaches in healthcare settings.
