RESEARCH
Overview
I have two main research interests:
1. Art-Science relations, especially from the perspective of science institutions and scientists
2. The concept of the well-trained scientist. What attributes should we expect from our scientists, apart from technical skills? How can the scientific institutions best support young scientists as they develop a 'scientific personality'? How do schools of ethics - for example utilitarianism, and virtue ethics, compare when we think about the work of a STEM institution?
