RESEARCH
Current research interests:
- Understanding mechanisms of action of CDK7 inhibitors, to identify biomarkers of response and combination therapies.
- Develop clinical inhibitors of transcriptional processes deregulated in cancer.
- Generate and characterise model of hormone-therapy resistance due to ER gene mutations and fusions.
- Mechanisms of crosstalk between transcription factors and DNA repair pathways in regulation of gene expression.
Disease focus:
- breast cancer
- prostate cancer
