I am the Project Manager for the Landmark Project at Imperial College London's Department of Brain Sciences, led by Professor Michael Johnson. The Landmark Project is a large-scale, public-private partnership dedicated to the discovery of disease-modifying drug targets and predictive biomarkers for Parkinson's disease — one of the most ambitious and scientifically significant neuroscience programmes currently underway in the UK.

The programme brings together Imperial College London, Parkinson's UK, The Gatsby Foundation, and global pharmaceutical partners including UCB, Roche, GSK, Eisai and Novartis . Using cutting-edge single-cell and multiomic technologies, Landmark will profile a minimum of 50 million single brain cells across multiple brain regions from 400 post-mortem brain donors, generating a globally unique dataset for molecular causal inference and drug target discovery .

In my role as Project Manager, I am responsible for the operational coordination and governance of this complex, multi-stakeholder programme — ensuring the seamless delivery of scientific milestones across four interlocking research themes, spanning single-nucleus RNA sequencing, proteomics, metabolomics, and bioinformatics led target validation.
