Stephen Vaz is Director of Learning Innovation in the IDEA Lab at Imperial Business School. He leads the design and scale-up of AI- and XR-enabled learning, working across academic and professional services teams to translate strategy into governed, measurable delivery. His work focuses on deploying practical learning technologies—such as chatbots, workflow automation and learning analytics—while maintaining strong standards for human oversight, data protection and evaluation of impact.
