BIO
I am a current Postdoctoral Research Associate in Prof. Jason Micklefield's group based in the Molecular Sciences Research Hub (MSRH) at the White City Campus. My current research involves characterising the biosynthetic pathways of antimicrobial natural products and utilising biosynthetic enzymes as biocatalysts- particularly in peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis, aiming to harness the selectivity and efficiency of enzymatic catalysis to provide sustainable, scalable alternatives to traditional synthetic methodologies.
