BIO

Shea Hamilton is a Research Fellow in Paediatric Infectious Disease in the Department of Medicine. Her research focuses on the identification of host protein biomarkers to improve disease diagnosis in resource-limited settings, evaluate treatment outcome and identify early markers of disease progression. Her diseases of interest include bacterial and viral illnesses in childhood, including Tuberculosis, HIV and Kawasaki Disease.
