DrSarah Gerver

I am an MRC Population Health Scientist Fellow working in the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology. My current research is based on HIV and STIs in the developed world. Particular research interests include investigating the disproportionate burden of STIs and HIV among black and ethnic minority groups in the UK and developing mathematical models in order to assess potential targets for intervention strategies. In addition, I am interested in using mathematical models to estimate the incidence of particular viral infections in the US from nationally representative seroprevalence data.
