• Honorary Research Fellow within the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London• Research experience in the field of energy systems modelling (led the development of the industrial sector module of MUSE, quantifying energy consumption and environmental emissions of the global industrial sector, disaggregated into 28 regions)• Consulting experience for the IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme (two projects: the first one quantifying the effect of Carbon Capture and Storage adoption on fossil fuel utilisation; the second one investigating sustainable routes for petrochemical production) and for the World Bank (one project on the role of gas in the decarbonisation of industrial manufacturing in India)• R&D industrial experience within the power generation sector• PhD in process control and automation (focussing on modelling and control of gas compressors for carbon dioxide applications)• Educational background in Chemical and Process Systems Engineering
