MrSheraz Arif

Sheraz Arif is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London. He teaches across Human-Centred Design, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning, and Service Design, supporting students to develop evidence-based solutions to complex real-world challenges.

Alongside his teaching, Sheraz maintains an active professional practice in design innovation and entrepreneurship. His experience spans the development, commercialisation, and scaling of new products, services, and ventures across healthcare and emerging technologies. This includes leading the development of Squease, an award-winning pressure vest designed to support autistic children and adults through deep pressure therapy. His professional work bridges human-centred design, engineering, and business, bringing practical experience of user research, product development, commercialisation, and venture creation into the classroom.
