BIO
I am a postdoctoral research associate working with Dr Thomas Ouldridge. I did my PhD at Ben-Gurion University in the research group of Prof. Gonen Ashkenasy studying α-helical peptide replication in far-from-equilibrium conditions. Then I moved to EPFL to join the group of Prof. Christian Heinis to learn the techniques of cyclic peptide-based drug discovery.
I joined the research group of Dr Ouldridge in March 2020. Here my work is focussed on investigating the governing principles of the DNA strand displacement networks. Our group utilizes theoretical modelling and simulation along with experiments to study these networks and design biologically inspired synthetic analogues. To learn more about our group's current research and recent developments in the field, please visit the Ouldridge Research Group.
