TEACHING INTERESTS
Philosophy
I teach by (i) conveying genuine enthusiasm for the subject, (ii) calibrating to students' prior knowledge, and (iii) building from that baseline. In practice, this means adapting across programmes: balancing formalism and intuition for applied MSc/MBA courses, emphasising technical rigour for theoretical MSc/PhD courses, and careful foundation-building for BSc courses, always with bespoke materials designed for the needs of each cohort.

Authorship
I am currently co-authoring a textbook on econometric theory with Dr Vassilis Hajivassiliou at LSE. Our intended audience is readers beginning serious graduate study of the subject: students on demanding master’s programmes, first-year doctoral students, and researchers who wish to re-ground a working knowledge of econometrics in its first principles.
June 2026. The project is a work-in-progress.
