Dr. Rupert J. Myers is Associate Professor in Sustainable Materials in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Imperial College London. His expertise lies in the transdisciplinary domain that intersects chemical engineering, waste management, and the sustainability and materials sciences. Much of his research and teaching focusses on improving the environmental sustainability of infrastructure materials. Rupert has published over 50 scientific papers, and his expertise is regularly sought after by industry and government.
