RESEARCH

I use a range of analytical techniques (e.g. single/multiple collector-ICP-MS and laser ablation-ICP-MS) to investigate the processes governing the absorption, storage and distribution of essential and toxic metals in biology.

Current research focuses:
(i) Zinc in arbuscular mycorrhizal rice
(ii) Cadmium in Theobroma cacao
(iii) Essential trace metals in breast cancer
