BIO

Ranjabati Boral is a PhD researcher in Organisational Behaviour at Imperial College Business School. Her research examines how social expectations and prescriptive stereotypes of gender, morality, and agency drive inequity in organisational and regulatory contexts. She is particularly interested in how judgments of misconduct and performance sustain inequity.

 

She holds an MSc in Finance from King’s College London and a BSc in Economics from the University of Kent, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class. Before pursuing her doctoral studies, she held strategy and business development roles in London and India.
