BIO

I am a Research Associate with training in bioinformatics, biostatistics and artificial intelligence. My research interests focus on the analysis and integration of large-scale biomedical data, including clinical, proteomic, genomic and other omics data, to investigate disease mechanisms, heterogeneity and progression. My current work focuses on osteoarthritis, where I use data-driven approaches to identify molecular biomarkers and biological patterns associated with early disease outcomes. I am interested in applying computational methods to support disease stratification, risk prediction and personalised medicine.
