I am Associate Professor in Bioinformatics and Medical Statistics at National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London. My primary interest is in uncovering functional gene networks that underlie disease states and developing strategies for therapeutic interventions. I have a high level of experience in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology and a strong track record in modern statistical approaches to the analysis and inference of biological networks and functional genomics.
