BIO
I am Professor of Signal Processing in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department at Imperial College London. I am interested in mathematical methods for signal processing and high-dimensional data analysis. I apply these methods to develop interpretable model-based neural networks for computational imaging. The following articles and presentations highlight my recent research activities (links to papers and software on the left of this page):
Model-Based Deep Learning for Inverse Problems in Imaging, Talk given at Oxford University February 2025
D. You and P.l Dragotti, INDIGO+: A Unified INN-Guided Probabilistic Diffusion Algorithm for Blind and Non-Blind Image Restoration, Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, 2024
J. Huang and P.L. Dragotti, WINNet: Wavelet-inspired invertible network for image denoising IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 2022
X. Deng and P.L. Dragotti, Deep Convolutional Neural Network for Multi-modal Image Restoration and Fusion, IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 2020.
For more information about my research activities, projects, PhD students, papers, talks and software, please view my personal web page at http://www.commsp.ee.ic.ac.uk/~pld/ (link on the left of this page).
NEW, I am looking for PhD students interested in projects in the area of high-dimensional data analysis, computational imaging and AI for inverse problems.
