Omar Mir is a Visiting Professor of Practice in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Imperial Business School, where he convenes and leads the Technology Leaders Speaker Series, bringing prominent technology leaders from the UK, Europe and globally to Imperial, and connecting students and faculty with the people shaping the future of AI, sustainability, health and security.

He works at the intersection of advanced technology, governance and commercial execution, with a career spanning academia, government and industry, and expertise across AI, biotech, critical infrastructure, data ethics and neurotech.

As an International Board Member of World Wide Technology (WWT), Omar has supported the organisation's exponential growth across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, driven by data-led transformation and strategic partnerships with major technology and enterprise organisations. He also serves as an Advisor to His Majesty's Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI) and as a Board Member of The King's Trust International.
