BIO

Nicholas is a statistician based at Imperial Clinical Trials Unit (ICTU) with over 10 years’ experience in clinical trials and is currently leading on statistics for the unit's surgical trials portfolio. Nicholas has experience of trials within a vast range of therapeutic areas including HIV, oncology, cardio & respiratory, device, surgical and has utilised this experience to work closely across other departments within ICTU to improve processes and operating procedures.

He has currently been involved within the unit advancing the utilisation of adaptive trial designs and is part of the Adaptive Trials Working Group within ICTU.

Current trials: ATLANTA, EMBIO, PRESIZE, MAST

Past trials: AVATAR-AF, HOPE-HF, ENDOBARRIER, SERCA-LVAD, RIO, MALIBO, DEVENT, Fresh-Start

A keen runner and cat-lover, Nicholas has been with ICTU since October 2015.
