BIO

Natasha is Director of Science & Engagement at The Geological Society of London and an honorary lecturer within the Department for Earth Science & Engineering at Imperial College London. Her research interests focus on extraterrestrial materials and analytical microscopy; using non-destructive electron and X-ray techniques to investigate samples from the Earth and beyond. Natasha completed her PhD with Imperial College London in 2014 before taking on a lectureship and subsequent head Head of Department role in the South-west of England, then returning to London in 2023. She has more than £4.8M in external research funding to her name, and regularly works as a reviewer or panel member for NASA, UKRI, and the European Commission.
