BIO
Natalia Martinez is a third-year PhD student in the Next Generation Neural Interfaces (NGNI) Lab at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. She holds The Sir Michael Uren Engineering Scholarship (within the President’s PhD Scholarships programme).
Natalia received her Engineer’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Católica del Uruguay in 2022. Her work in the design of a calibration module for multipurpose implantable current stimulators was awarded First Prize for Best Engineering Thesis of 2022 from the National Academy of Engineering in Uruguay.
Her research interests focus on low-power analogue integrated circuit design for implantable neural interfaces.
