DrNicholas Kirkby

Dr Kirkby contributes extensively to post-graduate and under-graduate teaching including course leadership, assessment welfare and governance, particularly focussing on courses which provide applied research experience.

He is currently lead for the Respiratory and Cardiovascular Science (NHLI) stream of the MRes in Biomedical Research (2024 to present).

Previously Dr Kirkby was module lead for laboratory (LABP), literature (LITP) and work placement (WKBP) projects for the BSc Medical Biosciences course (2020-2024) and led the taught practical component of the Pharmacology stream of the MSc Novel Therapeutics course (2016-2021).
