1. What is the appropriate use of reference scenarios in conducting mitigation analysis?2. How does the falling cost of renewables erode the value of CCS in mitigation pathways?3. How do regional limits to CO2 storage capacity affect the role of CCS in mitigation pathways?4. What is an appropriate and just use of CDR in tackling climate change?5. How can decisionmakers act in the 2020s, given uncertainty in the feasible scale of CDR deployment?6. How can different energy vectors contribute to industrial decarbonisation, and what are the key variables that determine the optimal contribution of electricity / blue hydrogen / green hydrogen in particular?
