BIO

I am a Research Assistant working with Prof Thomas Churcher at the MRC Centre for Global Infectious Diseases Analysis (Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology, School of Public Health), modelling the design of Cluster-Randomised Trials (CRT) for malaria interventions (Insecticide-Treated Nets, ITNs).

I previously completed my PhD at the MRC Centre, as part of the MRes+PhD (1+3) programme, with Dr Katy Gaythorpe, Dr Margarita Pons Salort and Prof Nicholas Grassly. My thesis focused on the impact of disruptions to routine immunisation: I investigated changes in vaccination access, spatial distribution of unvaccinated (zero-dose) children and timeliness of vaccination coverage post-2020.

Prior to joining the MRC centre, I was briefly in industry as an MSc intern in Vaccine Epidemiology and Modelling at Sanofi Pasteur, and worked as a research technician in the HPRU in Respiratory Infections at Imperial College London.
