Dr Mohamed El Ashri is an Honorary Research Associate in the Computational Structural Mechanics Group at Imperial College London. His expertise lies in the assessment of masonry arch bridges using high-fidelity numerical models.
Mohamed obtained his BSc in Civil Engineering from Mansoura University, before pursuing his MSc and PhD in Structural Engineering at Imperial under the supervision of Prof. Lorenzo Macorini and Prof. Bassam A. Izzuddin.
