RESEARCH

Overview
Research Summary
I work on systems biology approaches aimed at understanding how cytokines can influence each other, and trying to understand how we can apply this knowledge to Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Computational Resources
CytokineLink - a map of cytokine communication for inflammatory and infectious diseases

CytokineLink pipeline - a scRNA-Seq pipeline to generate cytokine-cytokine interaction networks

dynetR - an R version of the DyNet Cytoscape library for pipeline friendly network rewiring analysis
SalmoNet2 - An integrated multi-layered network of Salmonella

SalmonAct - a prior knowledge resource for predicting transcription factor regulatory activity in Salmonella
