Mohamad Mahdi Maheri is a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr. Hamed Haddadi and Dr. Mario Kogias. He is a member of NetSys Lab, exploring and developing edge device architectures that are both efficient and trustworthy to meet the demands of the next generation of IoT consumer devices. Also, His research interests are focused on machine learning, with a particular emphasis on privacy in machine learning, personalization, and federated learning. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran, where he was recognized as the top-performing student in his major. Mr. Maheri expanded his academic pursuits by completing his Master's degree in Software Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in Iran.

Mr. Maheri has a research background in several areas, including privacy in meta-learning, and few-shot learning in personalized recommender systems.
