RESEARCH
My research interests focus on developing new methods to analyse high-dimensional genetic data. This includes Bayesian latent factor models, non-paramteric mixtures (Dirichlet process mixtures, Pitman-Yor process mixtures) and mixtures of finite mixtures. From computational point of view, I am also interested in approximate inference methods which can fit high-dimensional data sets.
