MsMichele Barritt

Michele is currently on secondment as a Process Outcome Designer on the Great Service Programme, working towards the replacement of ICIS, College’s current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, with a new Oracle Cloud system and optimised processes and workflows across HR, Finance Procurement and Research Administration. I will be using my experience of over 25 years in Oracle products and business process with the business areas to help deliver optimised process and a modern system with great user experience.

Prior to this secondment, Michele was Head of Products for HR and Finance in ICT, responsible for leading and managing an IT Product Portfolio of systems for HR, Finance and Research Administration. Supporting the products and working in partnership with subject matter experts in those areas to agree and deliver priorities on product roadmaps. Michele joined Imperial in May 2019. Her background includes HR and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Michele is also a certified Oracle professional.

Michele is now a Values Champion at Imperial and also works hard to supporting EDI initiatives across College.
