BIO
Melanie is a PhD student funded by the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Social, Genetic and Environmental Determinants of Health Theme with SCAMP, supervised by Professor Mireille Toledano and Professor Helen Ward. She was previously a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow funded by Imperial Health Charity and Health Education England (HEE)/National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Integrated Clinical Academic (ICA) Programme Pre-doctoral Clinical Academic Fellowship (PCAF). She is also a Florence Nightingale Foundation Travel Scholar building research collaborations with nurses and researchers in Singapore and Uganda.
