TEACHING INTERESTS
Teaching duties include regular training in the use of cytometers and flow cytometry data analysis for Y3 project undergraduates, MSc research projects and PhD students. This includes:
- Teaching staff in the Module "Non-coding RNAs,. Gene editing and In vitro Models", in the MSc Applied Genomics (https://www.imperial.ac.uk/study/courses/postgraduate-taught/applied-genomics/).
- Teaching staff in the Modules "Immunology" and "Advanced Immunology", in the BSc Biological Sciences.
Larissa annually hosts Year 11 and Year 12 students as part of the "Career Insight Shadowing" initiative in the "Imperial: Makerspace Programme".
She is also a supervisor in the Year 12 CREST Gold Project, run by the British Science Association to help the students go beyond school curriculum and get a small taste of scientific research.
