• Basin Analysis: (Petroleum Geoscience and MSci Geology) 2009-2018; Module coordinator 2014 to 2018; Designed original course material with integrated practical exercises
• Seismic Interpretation Techniques- Petroleum Geoscience MSc course (2003- 2004; and 2013; MSci Geophysics in 2008.) Designed original course material with integrated computer based practical exercises.
• Advanced Seismic Interpretation- Petroleum Geoscience MSc course; module coordinator (2004)
• Modelling of Petroleum Systems, Petroleum Geoscience MSc course - module coordinator (1995-2003). Original course specifically designed for Imperial College MSc; in part derived from my role at Shell; first course of its kind delivered on Imperial College MSc;

• MSc Petroleum Geoscience Pyrenees Field Trip; Virtual remote online trip 31 March 2020-8 April 2020 and repeated in 2021. Created in 2.5 weeks in response to Covid-19. First in the University https://www.imperial.ac.uk/news/196961/imperial-geoscientists-complete-uks-first-msc/ (Also covered in Guardian (3 June 2020) and in speech by UK government Universities Minister at Festival of Higher Educations ; 21 July 2020).
• MSc Petroleum Geoscience Pyrenees Field Trip; 2017-2021; Leader and creator of new 9 day course; taught 2018-2019
• Somerset MSc Field Trip MSc on Faulting and Fractured Reservoirs; 2011-2021; (2 day weekend trip co-leader with David Sanderson) ; Conducted online in 2020 with 3D digital models of outcrops created by Dave Sanderson and Colleges
• MSc Petroleum Geoscience Utah Field Trip- Moab week; 2012-2016 (7 days; Co-leader with Gary Hampson)
• Advanced 4th year synthesis field course to Apennines; Msci Geology/Geology and Geophysics; 2007-2009 (co-leader with PA Allen, then leader)
• Wessex Basin field trip - Petroleum Geoscience MSc; 2003, 2004; course leader.
• 3rd Year (then 4th Year MSci) Earth Science synthesis Field Trip to Pyrenees (leader) 1997, -1999, 2001-2003; New course introduced and designed by L. Lonergan and J. Wilkinson.
