BIO

Lesa is a principal clinical teaching fellow and is the Head of Curriculum Development and Evaluation for the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine. She trained as a graduate-entry medical student at St George’s Hospital Medical School, with previous BSc Pharmacology with Management from King’s College London and brings experience from teaching and leadership roles at other medical schools. Her interests in education are in clinical skills and simulation teaching, outcomes evaluation.

With a background in management consultancy and large project implementation, she applies skills of process and system design, project management and data analytics to programme design and management. Lesa gained her PGCert with distinction from King’s College London, is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and will complete her MEd in University Learning and Teaching at Imperial in 2024.
