Overview
I am very interested in learning about statistical methods for the analysis of multi-omic data, and about how this can easily be applied to biological questions.
Cancer evolution is a complex and ever-changing phenomenon, and I am interested in studying this to understand how to treat better malignancies.
Sequencing-based method can unveil heaps of vital information about disease and biology. Studying genetics and the different layers of gene regulation is the central point of my research.
