BIO
I am a research assistant and part of the Computational Oncology group at Imperial College, based jointly between the Dept. of Computing and Division of Surgery & Cancer.
I am working on several projects, mainly looking at routinely collected data on radiotherapy nationwide and various outcomes (i.e. survival after first line of palliative radiotherapy, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)). I am also a support to other clinical projects and trials involving Patient and Public Involvment (PPI) work.
I have an interest in big data in healthcare, statistics, coding, machine learning and novel techniques developed to have a better understanding of large cohort of patients with multiple events during their anti-cancer treatments.
