BIO
Bioinformatician with background in Physics with special interest in applying graph-based AI technologies to oesophagogastric cancer. Past work in physics building simulations and detector equipment for the probing of quark gluon plasma (QGP) at the heavy ion collider at Brookhaven National Labs. Previous work in bioinformatics as Harvard Medical School focused on developing software for the identification of mutations in mass spectrometry-based proteomics data and analysis of single cell RNA-seq data in the human Thymus to better understand the process of T Cell Education. Work at Imperial has focused on developing a novel single cell isolation device in the Salehi-Reyhani Group using optical tweezers and driven by a novel pathfinding algorithm we developed.
Current work at Imperial is conducted in the Veselkov Group, in collaboration with with group of George Hanna, and is focused on developing AI-based diagnostics and virtual assistant for the personalized monitoring and treatment of oesophagogastric cancer patients, levelling graph-based AI and large language model (LLM)-based strategies for multi-omics and multi-source data.
