BIO
I am the research lead for the Vaccine Impact Modelling Consortium (VIMC), funded by Gavi, the vaccine alliance and BMGF. I am also a member of the Imperial College COVID-19 response team.
Previously I was a Research Associate examining the effects of intervention strategies on infectious disease dynamics through the use of mathematical modelling; working on the burden and impact of vaccination on Yellow Fever as part of the VIMC.
I have also worked on modelling norovirus transmission at population level with a view to examining vaccination strategies. My PhD focused on modelling cholera transmission in spatially heterogeneous populations.
