BIO

Dr Kim Foley is a Research Fellow in the Mohn Centre for Children's Health and Wellbeing. As an epidemiologist/health services researcher she has an interest in examining the impact of early-life respiratory infections on children's health. In her recent research, she is examining the impact of interventions to improve respiratory health and exploring whether they benefit all children equitably to reduce health inequalities. She has experience working with electronic healthcare records and other large administrative databases, and regularly engages with stakeholders including community partners, healthcare professionals and policy makers to ensure research is informed by, and impacts on, real world decision making.
